- Generate and send out invoices to customers
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and conduct collections calls
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
- Process payments and reconcile accounts receivable ledger
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payment, delayed payment, or other irregularities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection efforts
- Work closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve customer issues
- Prepare aging reports and provide updates to management on accounts receivable status
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in a business-to-business environment
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Experience with business-to-business collections is required
