    Our client, a leading innovator in automotive technology, is seeking a QA Release Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a QA Release Engineer, you will be an integral part of the development and deployment process, supporting the software and machine learning teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to collaboration, which will align successfully within the organization.

    Job Title: Hydra Release Engineer

    Location: Foster City, CA

    Pay Range: $80 per hour

    What's the Job?

    • Support the release process for machine learning models and software updates in a fast-paced environment
    • Coordinate with development teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of new models
    • Maintain and improve release pipelines to enhance efficiency and reduce delays
    • Track and manage model merge queues, resolving conflicts and bisecting issues to specific pull requests
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of releases

    What's Needed?

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
    • At least 4 years of experience in software release management or related roles
    • Proficiency with C++ and/or Python programming languages
    • Experience with Git version control and conflict resolution
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
