Job Summary: The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for a mixture of customer service, warehouse work, loading and unloading trucks, as well as occasionally making deliveries on an as needed basis.

Major Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to our customers
Handling and/or processing of related paperwork, as required
Develop and maintain good rapport with customers
Maintain and count inventory
Load and unload delivery vehicles
Must be respectful of our company image at all times
Heavy lifting required to load and unload product
Familiar with pre-trip inspections of trucks. Inform management of any problems or maintenance issues relating to the truck. Must operate truck in a safe manner by obeying speed limits and traffic laws

Preferred Requirements:

Possess good to excellent communication and customer service skills
Be able to read and interpret, in English, job related documents
Be able to maintain focus on tasks at hand with high level of attention to detail
Be able to follow an established routine and able to interact in a team environment
Have the ability to do simple math (add, subtract, divide and multiply)
Must be able to identify products by way of work related documents such as pick lists, work orders, shipping documents, etc.
Effective communicate with customers, ability to do quotes and order entry
Be a "self-managing" employee
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat to perform loading/unloading assignment(s)
Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
Must have, or be able to obtain, a valid DOT physical card, as well as a valid Class C driver's license
Must have a clean, professional appearance
Must have PC / Windows / Office skills, SAP software experience a plus
Be able to pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen and background check
No DUI or License suspensions in the last 5 years
