    Focus:

    • Spearhead the conceptualization and execution of electro-mechanical product design and development, delivering top-tier solutions that surpass client expectations for performance and functionality.
    • Foster seamless integration of mechanical components into overarching product designs through close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Research and Development, Manufacturing, and Sales.
    • Provide technical support and maintenance, ensuring adherence to quality standards and industry best practices.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
    • Conduct rigorous analysis to validate designs, offering valuable insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
    • Lead a team in prototyping and evaluating mechanical components, fostering innovation and ensuring timely project completion within budget constraints.

    Skill Set

    • 15+ years progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with expertise in prototyping and design.
    • Advanced proficiency in 3D CAD/data management tools.
    • Profound expertise in drafting methodologies encompassing precision standards and meticulous BOM administration.
    • Proficient in mechanical design encompassing electronic assemblies and intricate injection molding components, coupled with adept utilization of simulation tools for analyzing thermal and fluid dynamics.
    • Broad understanding of systems design.
    • Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams and drive problem-solving.
    • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
