    Job Title: Gaming Surveillance Specialist

    Job Summary:

    The Gaming Surveillance Specialist is responsible for monitoring and reporting on all gaming activities within the surveillance area to ensure compliance with internal control standards and gaming regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • CCTV Monitoring: Observe and report on all areas under surveillance, including casino activity through CCTV equipment.
    • Incident Reporting: Document and report all infractions and criminal activity immediately to Shift Lead.
    • Gaming Regulations: Ensure compliance with Gaming Commission regulations and identify cheating activities, undesirables, pilferage, and embezzlement.
    • Special Functions: Perform special functions as assigned by leadership, including participating in court actions relating to gaming violations.

    Requirements:

    • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of classified/sensitive information.
    • Casino Games Knowledge: Have thorough knowledge of all casino games and table/scam indicators.
    • PC Skills: Possess superior skills with various PC-based software programs.
    • Communication: Effectively communicate in English and work independently as well as cooperatively with other departments.
