    Job DescriptionResponsibilities:The Payroll Assistant, primary responsibilities will include processing HR and Payroll paperwork for various departments. Assist with hiring paperwork, terminations, pay rate changes, for staff. opportunity to review, research, and correct various HR, payroll, and financial reports.
    • Process new hires
    • Initiate termination paperwork
    • Process pay rate changes
    • Conduct payroll verification
    • Manage payroll reallocations
    • Assist with payroll/financial reports
    • Handle position funding requests
    Qualifications:
    • 2+ year payroll experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Peoplesoft experience a plus
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Strong organizational skills
    • ATS – Taleo experience a plus
