    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a System Administrator to join our team. As a System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Bullhorn platforms to support our business operations and enhance customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, configure Bullhorn features, and ensure smooth system functionality.

    Responsibilities:

    • Customize and configure Bullhorn to meet business needs, including Private Label changes, validation rules, page layouts, and reports/dashboards.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Bullhorn.
    • Administer user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings in Bullhorn.
    • Support and maintain integrations into ancillary platforms i.e. Bullhorn Time and Expense, Bullhorn Talen Edition, Bullhorn Automation, Salesforce.
    • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure data integrity and platform stability.
    • Drive innovative solutions and roadmap for product gaps.
    • Conduct regular data audits and cleanup activities to maintain data quality and compliance.
    • Stay updated on Bullhorn updates, new features, and best practices to recommend and implement enhancements.
    • Provide training and support to users, addressing inquiries, and assisting with troubleshooting.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • 1-3 years Bullhorn configuration experience
    • Experience administering and configuration with; Bullhorn Time and Expense, Bullhorn Automate, Bullhorn Talent Edition, VMS Exchange.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Experience Bullhorn for Salesforce preferred/nice to have.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and system optimization.
