- Customize and configure Bullhorn to meet business needs, including Private Label changes, validation rules, page layouts, and reports/dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Bullhorn.
- Administer user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings in Bullhorn.
- Support and maintain integrations into ancillary platforms i.e. Bullhorn Time and Expense, Bullhorn Talen Edition, Bullhorn Automation, Salesforce.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure data integrity and platform stability.
- Drive innovative solutions and roadmap for product gaps.
- Conduct regular data audits and cleanup activities to maintain data quality and compliance.
- Stay updated on Bullhorn updates, new features, and best practices to recommend and implement enhancements.
- Provide training and support to users, addressing inquiries, and assisting with troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1-3 years Bullhorn configuration experience
- Experience administering and configuration with; Bullhorn Time and Expense, Bullhorn Automate, Bullhorn Talent Edition, VMS Exchange.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience Bullhorn for Salesforce preferred/nice to have.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and system optimization.
