    Position Overview

    We are looking for a highly talented Graphic Designer to help drive marketing performance via the creation of rich visual communication for an aspirational luxury brand. Reporting to the Art Director, you will play a key role in building a brand with deep cultural myth, emotional content and resounding social relevance to shape digital consumer behavior.

    Responsibilities

    • Create designs for the cross-functional creative needs of the organization - email, social media, paid socials, and website.
    • Uphold and evolve the visual identity of the brand, ensuring all design assets reflect Pique's brand vision, mission and strategy.
    • Manage consistent look and feel across all touch points.
    • Brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas to execute a creative strategy that meets brand and business objectives.
    • Efficiently manage cross-functional design requirements to produce excellent work on time.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
    • Refined design and content marketing skills across email, social media, paid socials, and UI/UX/web.
    • Proven experience as a visual designer at a DTC eCommerce brand is a must.
    • In-depth understanding of DTC eCommerce, performance branding, internet standards and interactivity.
    • A portfolio showcasing a strong grasp of luxury, beauty and wellness design aesthetics is a plus.
    • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
    • Excellent understanding of design principles, information architecture, typography, color theory, and layout.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Ability to receive and deliver radical candor is a must.
    • Broad cultural and international exposure, especially to art, architecture, design and luxury branding is a plus.
    • Passion for health, wellness, beauty and interest in mindfulness practices is a plus.
    • Highly organized and resourceful with ability to deliver excellence while addressing creative needs for different teams and stakeholders.
