    Paralegal (Toxic Tort) Full-Time (Hybrid Schedule)

    We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our team in San Francisco, CA.

    About the Role

    This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and self-motivated individual to advance their paralegal career by gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced litigation group.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare records, review and prepare exhibits, analyze medical records, and trial preparation.
    • Contact outside sources to obtain public information and review and analyze the same.
    • Search and retrieve information from court-related databases as well as other online sources of case information.
    • Prepare a summary of pertinent transcripts.
    • Assemble chronologies of pertinent facts and key documents.
    • Review, analyze, and organize document productions by opposing parties and co-defendants.
    • Determine, prepare, and organize materials needed for expert witness review.
    • Conduct investigative research on opposing parties and expert witnesses.
    • Manage documents and organize case files.
    • Monitor and review third-party eFile/eService databases.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of toxic tort litigation experience, including asbestos, talc, benzene, mold, or similar cases.
    • Experience preparing pleadings and discovery requests/responses, summarizing medical, employment, and military records, and supporting trial.
    • Ability to work a Hybrid schedule in San Francisco, CA.
    • Supporting the needs of 4 attorneys.
