**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Custodian is responsible for handling the day-to-day cleaning of the front offices, bathrooms, common areas and the break room. They are responsible for the maintenance of consumable inventories as well as the requisition of products needed and for the periodic tasks associated with building maintenance and periodic policing of the parking lot.
**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:** Complete assigned daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks
Maintain and order inventory of paper goods (consumables)
Clean parking area of debris as needed
Clean bathrooms as least once per shift or as needed
Empty garbage's from offices, breakroom, conference room, and common areas.
Assist with snow removal during winter months as well as other outside chores during summer months.
Assist in other areas as needed
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
