- customer contact to follow-up spare parts quotations and thereby increase quotation/order hit rates.
- segments include CRUISE, MERCHANT and OFFSHORE.
- supported by Account Managers and Customer Experience personnel
- up business leads from our spare part quotations to meet our targets and increase the hit rates together with our Account Managers.
- our customer's main point of contact for spare parts quotes and build positive customer relationships that will generate future sales and customer satisfaction for our services.
- customers operate their assets globally which gives this job another positive but challenging dimension in the dialogue
- use of telephone, google meetings & email is expected and the preferred way of working.
- physical customer meetings, but business travel is not a requirement for this position.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, marine, or business or other relevant technical/engineering education will be considered
