- Utilize Application Tracking System and other programs to track, maintain and process candidates in the hiring process.
- Use appropriate and detailed screening criteria to locate a high volume of quality, qualified candidates.
- Attend and locate any career hiring fairs and hiring boards to recruit quality candidates.
- Review resumes and online job applications checking for suitable skills, experience and availability.
- Assist Human Resources with job posting to external websites and social media.
- Prepare and review new hire packets ensuring full completion.
- Assist Human Resource Manager and Training Manager with the distribution of all orientation and training material.
- Assist Department Managers in staffing idea and retention goals.
- Knowledge of payroll aspects such as reading a paystub, deductions, arrears and direct deposits.
- Follow all new hires throughout the training process and initial 90 days of employment.
- Engage in open communication with trainees regarding training and learned material.
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Training Team. The support may include preparing appointments and creating agendas.

- Effective presentation skills and able to answer to questions from team of managers, members, guests and public
- Ability to work individually unsupervised and in a team environment
- Well-built skills in organization, prioritization, and time management
- Experience in Retail, food service or hospitality industry a plus
- Work a varying schedule, 80% office hours, 20% varied
- Walk or stand for extended periods of time.
- Sit comfortably for long periods of time utilizing a computer

Job DescriptionAndretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a Recruiting and Training Coordinator (Team Coordinator) to join our team for Buford, Georgia.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Andretti Team Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Human Resource, Training, Payroll Departments, and the Unit General Manager with building and staffing the unit Hourly teams and monitoring the training of new hires. The Team Coordinator is expected to maintain the quality and ethical standards set by AIKG while representing the Andretti brand.
The Team Coordinator is a Full-time, Salary position the reports to the unit General Manager and the Director of Human Resources
KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games (AIKG) is a rapidly growing Family Entertainment company. Our seven AIKG locations are currently in Florida, Texas, Arizona & Georgia and feature high-speed, high-tech indoor Karting on multilevel tracks, multi-player immersive Virtual Reality Simulators, Arcade fun, and sophisticated restaurants & event spaces featuring scratch cocktails and culinary creations crafted in our kitchens.
We have Corporate support offices in Orlando and Atlanta.
