Reports to: National Account Manager - Amazon

Location: Westport Plaza- Rawlings Corporate Headquarters, St. Louis, MO

Work Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days work in office, 2 days work from home

General Overview: This position will analyze sales performance and trends for our sales channel. The Analyst's role will provide in-depth reporting and analysis with recommendations to optimize sales strategies, improve operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth on the Amazon platform.

• Sales & Inventory Analysis: Conduct weekly analysis of Amazon's Point-of-Sale performance, weekly replenishment orders, and current on hand inventory position
• Purchase Order Procurement: Continual oversight and proactive approach toward purchase order procurement via Amazon's Vendor Initiated Order Programs to support monthly sales objectives.
• Forecasting: Provide sales forecasting recommendations using information gathered from Amazon's Point-of- Sale and Replenishment Order analysis to support inventory planning and demand forecast strategies.
• Report Generation: Prepare and present comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate sales performance, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Item Data Quality: Main point-of- contact for Amazon's active catalog, specific to SKU stocking type status codes to optimize Amazon's replenishment order accuracy.
• Performance Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
• Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior, and Amazon platform updates to anticipate market changes and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Two to three years of experience working with Replenishment, Fulfillment, POS and Supply Chain preferred.
• Retail Math acumen with sell through, inventory management, gross margin, and SKU productivity preferred.
• Advanced analytical skills and acute attention to details.
• Prior Amazon sales related experience and/or Amazon Vendor Central portal experience preferred; other retail sales platform experience may be considered.
• Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point) required.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and exceptional drive for results.
• Proven ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment, with cross-functional team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to present data in an organized manner.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously.
• Passion for sports especially baseball and softball preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed. May be required to travel on a quarterly basis, at a minimum.
