    Customer Service Representative

    We are seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work with customers to provide exceptional service and support, ensuring their needs are met throughout their journey with U-Haul.

    Your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Assisting customers with U-Haul products and services, both in-person and over the phone
    • Using smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory
    • Moving and hooking up U-Haul trucks and trailers
    • Cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels
    • Answering questions and educating customers about products and services
    • Preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returned from rental
    • Installing hitches and trailer wiring
    • Filling propane (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment)
    • Driving a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment)
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Participating in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record
    • A high school diploma or equivalent

    Work Environment:

    The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.

    Physical Demands:
