    BBS is currently looking for controls engineer to participate in the electrical design and programming of our machines, from concept to client acceptance.

    You are able to plan, program, commission, debug, and qualify a large, automatic assembly machine.

    You will be responsible for understanding the concept, budget, and schedule, and for staying within the project deadline and budget requirements.

    Plan sequence logic in a methodical manner, via flow chart or spreadsheet
    Write and debug multiple-station PLC code
    Program HMI devices and design interface circuitry with ease of operation in mind
    Labview DevelopmentFluent in the use of RSLogix and Siemens Step7
    .Net development (VB.Net, C#, Visual C++)
    Robot programming and knowledge of latest RIA safety standards
    Precision motion control involving coordinated motion
    Machine vision specifying and programming
    Troubleshoot RS-232 and other fieldbus communications
    Write PLC-to-device software interface, including implementation documentation and validation plan
    Able to communicate engineering concepts and ideas clearly (to builders, customers, and others)

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
    5+ Years related exp
