    Under supervision by the Director of Early Childhood Initiatives of the Human Development Center, the incumbent in this position will manage all programmatic aspects of comprehensive services provided to children and families including health,

    ERSEA , and family services. She or he will ensure compliance with all grant requirements and other regulations across the birth to five spectrum.
