USDA Agricultural Research Service is currently recruiting for a

Human Resources Specialist

at Stoneville, MS as a remote worker.

Duties:

Responsibilities include providing position classification, position management, staffing and pay administration services, research, interviews, observation and analytical techniques, provides classification and staffing solutions to complex problems, administers all placement activities for assigned organizational areas, including new hires, promotions, reassignments, incentives, details, and downgrades, etc.

Experience :

Based on grade level, one year of specialized experience which is directly related to the work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicants with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.

OR

Education:
Ph.
D. or equivalent doctoral degree;

or

3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree;

or

LL.M., if related.
OR
A combination of education and experience as described above.
