- Responsible for Air logistics departments and operations
- Ensure all relevant/applicable customer and KN Corporate KPI's andguidelines are met
- Operational process management
- Follow QSHE (quality, safety, etc.) guidelines and procedures and generateimprovement plans
- Finance: Review Billing status report, Review P/L on monthly basis, Targets and goal setting for the department
- Coordinate monthly department meetings to verify goal attainment, tocommunicate department productivity, quality goals and others during monthlymanagement meetings
- Be responsible for employee's overall training/cross training
- Work with management on individual employee's development plan
- Monitor productivity and address performance issues
- Review quarterly airline/carrier performance
- Report to the Branch Manager
- Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Warehouse setting
- 3+ years of experience in a managerial
- 3+ years in Air Logistics

Your Role
The Air logistics Warehouse Manager will be responsible to manage all Airfreight Export and Import related activities including staffing, training, maintaining compliance to established procedures and maintaining and supporting sales and customer relationships. In addition, responsibilities include negotiation with airlines and vendors, budgeting and P&L oversight and related accounting and operations activities. Additional duties will also encompass TSA facility Security coordinator functions.
