Valet Attendant Job Description/Requirements:
(non-exempt role)
Responsibilities:
Greets all guests upon arrival, provides valet services, follows company procedures, and delivers exceptional customer service
Parks guest vehicles efficiently and safely, following company policies
Assists with luggage, offers information about facilities and events, and provides directions to local attractions
Follows safe driving protocols and reports any potential damage claims
Essential Functions:
To succeed as a Valet Attendant, one must be able to perform each duty successfully
Requirements:
Valid driver's license required
Must pass Motor Vehicle Record Check per insurance standards
Minimum age of 18 for driving
Regular attendance essential
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to drive automatic vehicles; manual transmission skills preferred
Physical Demands:
Requires standing, walking, running for extended periods
Ability to grip/handle objects, use vision, and concentrate for hours
Occasional bending, lifting up to 25 pounds
Working Conditions:
Work both indoors and outdoors, exposed to varying weather conditions
Potential exposure to extreme temperatures
Pay Rate: $12 - $14 per hour
