    Description
    Our client, a stable and progressive manufacturer is looking to add an experienced Reliability Engineer to their team.

    This opportunity offers a fantastic compensation package.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Creation and implementation of a Corporate preventive and predictive maintenance system to be used across all plants
    • Provide necessary training to end users.
    • Continuous Improvement of the corporate electrical and instrumentation PM system in order to improve safety, product quality, production efficiency and labor/material effectiveness across corporation.
    • Identify trends and events leading up to failures as part of the methodology identifying and correcting the root causes of failures in equipment and processes.
    • Utilize FMEA, Root Cause Analysis and Optimized Predictive and Preventive inspections and tasks to achieve earliest detection of defects in order to prevent unplanned failures.
    Requirements:
    • University Degree in Engineering (preferably in Electrical or Reliability Engineering)
    • 5+ years of Reliability, Maintenance and/or Operational experience
    • Strong process manufacturing background
    • Strong presentation skills; comfortable presenting to all employee levels, from hourly staff to Stakeholders
    • Proficient MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, AutoCAD, CMMS
    • Excellent analytical skills and a proven problem solver
    • Familiar with utilizing and teaching various RCFA methodologies
    • Experienced with the Work Flow from a Service Request to the final close out of a Work Order
    • Experience with plant planning and scheduling, shutdown procedures and Best Practices
    • Willing to travel frequently within North America and Europe (approx 10-25%)
