RN – Case Manager Registered Nurse - Health Advocates Network is urgently hiring Case Manager RNs with at least *2 * years of recent experienceTravel packages up to $3597 weekly
Shift: 8 hour DAY
13 week contracts available
IMMEDIATE STARTS

Requirements:
Active MA State Registered Nurse License
Valid BLS
CCM certification preferred
A minimum of 2+ years case management experience working independently in an acute or post-acute setting or a minimum of 1 year experience independently coordinating transitions of care in the healthcare setting with knowledge of community resources
Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
Additional certifications may be required
