    Job Description:

    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender to join the Umbrella Dry Bar team.

    As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in crafting and serving our unique zero-proof beverages while providing exceptional customer experiences that align with our establishment's values.


    Responsibilities:

    • Create and serve an array of zeroproof beverages, adhering to Umbrella's standards of excellence and creativity.
    • Engage and connect with patrons, providing guidance on beverage selections and ensuring a memorable experience.
    • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper storage of ingredients, glassware, and equipment.
    • Collaborate with the team to develop new drink recipes, staying updated on industry trends and customer preferences.
    • Uphold strict adherence to health and safety protocols and alcoholfree guidelines.
    • Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock rotation to guarantee freshness and availability.
    • Contribute to the ambiance and overall success of Umbrella Dry Bar through a positive and teamoriented attitude.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a bartender in a bar, restaurant, or similar hospitality setting, with a focus on crafting beverages.
    • Curiosity regarding zeroproof mixology and a passion for creating innovative, adultinspired drinks.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse clientele.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
    • Understanding and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace in adherence to health and safety standards.
    • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new zeroproof beverage trends and techniques.
