    Description

    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Good Samaritan Society's GSS MN Brainerd Bethany facility. Our staff is committed to providing quality care and service in a Christian environment.

    Job Summary:

    The RN will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to plan and implement care, and demonstrating expertise in age and population-specific standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate care and resident assessment
    • Develop and implement care plans
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
    • Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel

    Requirements:

    • Nationally accredited nursing degree
    • Unencumbered RN license
    • Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
