Job description
An urgent opportunity has opened for Pharmacy Technicians to support a newly integrated Long Term Care pharmacy site in Boston, MA.
This contract position focuses on assisting with data entry, fulfillment, and tote packing to help the site catch up following a recent system conversion to Frameworks.
ResponsibilitiesPerform data entry and order fulfillment duties accurately and efficiently
Pack and prepare medication totes for distribution
Support various pharmacy functions to maintain steady workflow
Work flexible shifts including opening and closing hours during weekdays and assist on weekends as needed
Qualifications And Desired Experience
Valid Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician license required
Prior experience in Long Term Care pharmacy preferred; retail pharmacy technicians with strong production skills are also encouraged to apply
Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes, especially following recent technology upgrades
Must be flexible with shifts Monday through Saturday
Schedule/Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (flexibility to cover opening and closing shifts)
Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (weekend assistance encouraged)
This contract assignment is expected to last 4 to 6 weeks until the workflow stabilizes.
Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced hiring process with the expectation to start onsite within 3 to 4 days of receiving an offer.
