Join our dynamic team as an Interior and Exterior House Remodeling Specialist with a focus on deck building This energetic role offers the opportunity to transform residential spaces by enhancing both indoor and outdoor environments. You will be responsible for executing high-quality remodeling projects that elevate the aesthetic appeal, functionality, and value of homes. If you're passionate about craftsmanship, detail-oriented, and eager to bring homeowners' visions to life, this position is perfect for you All projects are paid positions, including internships, ensuring your skills are recognized and rewarded.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their remodeling goals and provide expert guidance on design options for interior upgrades and exterior enhancements.
- Prepare detailed project plans, including material lists, timelines, and safety protocols to ensure smooth project execution.
- Demolish existing structures or surfaces safely and efficiently as needed for remodeling or deck installation projects.
- Construct, install, and finish decks using various materials such as wood, composite, or vinyl to meet client specifications.
- Perform interior remodeling tasks including drywall installation, painting, flooring, cabinetry, and fixture updates to modernize living spaces.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations through diligent inspections and quality control measures.
- Maintain a clean work environment by managing debris removal and organizing tools and materials throughout each project phase.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential interior remodeling, exterior renovations, or deck building with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices for home improvement projects.
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings to accurately execute design plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting on-site challenges.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.
