Responsibilities
- Provide direct care supervision in areas medical dental social communication skills meal preparation household management travel training financial management religious practice.
- Implement develop review ISPs track progress assist residents abide housing rules set by landlords Housing Authorities regulations transport residents activities appointments utilize Positive Behavioral Supports promote resident well-being maintain resident dignity rights policies advocate train related human rights complete documentation reporting timely manner agency policies lead weekly house meetings discuss recreation meal planning house rules general concerns resident successes maintain financial records program funds align regulatory requirements agency policies obtain state certification medication administration within months adhere DDS CRC regulations behavior management emergency interventions work policy provide personal health monitoring remaining awake alert perform housekeeping tasks assigned provide emergency coverage necessary not exceeding hours week approval.
