Job summary
This position is a senior-level professional and administrative role responsible for overseeing the Information Technology Unit for the State Attorney's Office. The IT Director must possess comprehensive knowledge of supervisory and management principles; budget development and fiscal control processes; project management, cost estimation, and feasibility analysis techniques; and the concepts and theories underlying data processing.The key responsibilities of the IT Director include: supervising and developing staff; setting priorities and managing workloads; applying logical and analytical problem-solving skills; responding to operational needs outside of standard business hours when required.
The position also involves short- long-term strategic planning, policy procedure development, provision technical guidance in areas such as systems analysis databases hardware.
