Develop tools and services that are part of our build and test automation infrastructure with an eye on scaling and reliabilityInnovatively create and develop techniques to automate manual activities in our development processOperate in a highly cross-functional environment where you can leverage multiple teams to help our partners be successfulSet direction and build consensus to drive long-term positive impact on the engineering ecosystemEvangelize and drive adoption of software development best practices in code health, quality and test stability through frameworks and information sharing, not rules and processQualificationsWe are looking for a creative and highly motivated individual who is excited to take on challenging projects and help drive the future of developer productivity tools.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong technical background in product developmentKnowledge of developing and managing developer test tools, as well as expertise in utilizing the latest technologies and tools will be essentialPossession of excellent problem-solving and communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with other engineers, product managers and product designersAbility to collaborate cross-functionally with internal engineering and automation infrastructure teams to propose, develop and deploy tooling designed to optimize core attributes of the developer experience.
