    The Inventory Control Coordinator at Texwrap is responsible for picking parts and issuing parts for job orders. In this role you will also maintain an accurate inventory of parts.

    Are you intrigued about this work?

    • Coordinate, pick and issue parts needed for job orders
    • Process ERC for inventory returns & un-issue to job orders
    • Track job order shortages, auto issue failures and issue materials as required
    • Maintaining accurate inventory digitally and physically in bin locations
    • Perform daily/weekly cycle counts utilizing Syteline ERP System
    • Addressing/researching inventory discrepancies and adjusts inventory records if necessary
    • Organizing inventory/stock room bin locations
    • Process item returns from RMA's
    • Backup for receiving department, assist as needed
    • Operate a forklift for moving materials

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • 2-3 years experience in inventory/warehouse
    • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Proficient with MRP system; Syteline is a plus
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to interact effectively with internal departments
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
