- Create a baseline set of procedures for all Strategic Sourcing services (including contract drafting and execution, competitive bidding and administrative/operational activities), creating a procedures library and maintenance structure.
- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Procedure Writing and contribute to large-scale planning related to Procedure Writing deliverables.
- Review and analyze moderately complex Procedure Writing challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Procedure Writing deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with Client personnel in Procedure Writing.
- 4+ years of Procedure Writing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
- Depth of procedural writing experience, coupled with the familiarity and knowledge of RCSA, Supply Chain Management (strategic sourcing/third party risk management).
- Knowledge about the strategic sourcing process
- Writing procedures and mapping a process-Excellent writing ability
- MS Office
- Visio or iGraphics experience is a nice to have
- May assist in preparing and writing training materials
