    Hybrid - Charlotte, NC

    6-month Contract (W2), Weekly Pay (40 hours/week)

    Calculated Hire is in search of a Technical /Procedure Writer for our Fortune 100 Financial Services company. You will be responsible for the following components:

    In this role, you will:

    • Create a baseline set of procedures for all Strategic Sourcing services (including contract drafting and execution, competitive bidding and administrative/operational activities), creating a procedures library and maintenance structure.
    • Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Procedure Writing and contribute to large-scale planning related to Procedure Writing deliverables.
    • Review and analyze moderately complex Procedure Writing challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
    • Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Procedure Writing deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
    • Collaborate with Client personnel in Procedure Writing.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of Procedure Writing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
    • Depth of procedural writing experience, coupled with the familiarity and knowledge of RCSA, Supply Chain Management (strategic sourcing/third party risk management).

    Desired Skills:

    • Knowledge about the strategic sourcing process
    • Writing procedures and mapping a process-Excellent writing ability
    • MS Office
    • Visio or iGraphics experience is a nice to have
    • May assist in preparing and writing training materials
