    The Compliance Excellence Leader for Cytiva is responsible for​Develop and operationalize an effective Compliance Communications program.

    This position is part of the Compliance team and will be remote. Develop and operationalize an effective Compliance Communications program. Develop and operationalize an effective Compliance Training program.

    Create the templates and standard work for executing high quality highly interactive live compliance programs in support of the Regional/OpCo CCOs.

    POC for Danaher's online annual training
    ~ Maintain and refresh all Compliance Policies, FAQs. Ensure Policies are created, updated and rolled out following best in class standard work in support of the subject matter experts
    ~ Lead continuous improvement Projects in all areas of the compliance program (including data privacy, ITC, Audit & Monitoring, investigations, M&A integration) leveraging DBS tools and technology (working with the IT function). Main representative of the Cytiva in Danaher wide continuous improvement projects
    ~ Responsible for metrics and reporting for the Compliance function. A minimum of 8 years of Legal/Compliance/Regulatory/Audit or Risk experience, preferably within the Healthcare or Lifesciences industry
    ~ Strong organizational, project management and prioritization skills, ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
    ~ Creative with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated experience in writing effective Policy/Training/Communications.
    ~ Strong data analytics skills:
    developing data collection systems, using quantitative analysis to assess compliance performance and drive management action​
