Primary Job Responsibilities
Provide technical guidance on best practices for development, integration, and cloud data management for Salesforce clients
Offer technical guidance across multiple Salesforce implementations
Focus on developing solutions that helps customers realize business goals and advise them on best practices.
Develop the solution design for Salesforce projects including documentation and client communication
Communicate with internal teams, client teams and leadership on project progress and hurdles
Champion Salesforce best practices for implementation with a focus on configuration and minimizing custom development
Experience with version control, GIT and environment comparison tools
Gather requirements and analyze client needs
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
3+ years of experience with Salesforce platform development
1+ years experience with the Salesforce data model and integration capabilities
Ability to map out ERD's and similar technical documentation
Preferred Skills
Prior experience with Salesforce and medium to large scale ERP platform integrations is desired
Relevant Salesforce certifications
