Production Supervisor, PQG

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing small work teams in a fast-paced and high-volume manufacturing environment. Ensuring team safety is crucial as is building teams and training/allocation of manpower to drive continuous improvement solutions improving product quality and meeting throughput and cost targets.

• Coordinate all activities to achieve business metrics by implementing Stellantis Industrial System processes.
• Maintain a safe workplace leading the Team to improve Safety in the area enforcing mandated Safety tools/procedures.

Sustainability requires analyzing losses during shifts coordinating Stellantis Production Way activities enhancing Zone performances with proper allocation of personnel on-the-line managing absenteeism training/building effective Teams.

3. Analyze quality KPIs prioritizing issues guiding Team Leaders toward optimal performance.
4. Safety, Cost, Quality, &Throughput Improvements,waste reduction through Cost Deployment analysis.critical roles secondary weld/structural adhesive inspection audits regularity.
