Responsibilities of this position:
We are hiring for PRN all shifts. We offer base pay with weekend and shift differentials The Charge Nurse performs duties within the scope of practice as defined by the NC Nursing Practice Act. These duties include assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and reporting on patient plans of care within skilled nursing or short-term stay households, as well as promoting and modeling person-directed care within the mission and values of the organization.

1. Graduate of an approved school of nursing
2. Currently licensed as a LPN or RN in good standing with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
3. Previous experience with geriatric residents desirable.
4. Good physical and mental health
a. Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
b. Must be able to assist with lifting, turning, and positioning residents
c. Must be able to push and manipulate equipment
