    Talent & Organizational Development Coordinator – Hybrid in San Diego

    Responsible for supporting the EDFR Talent and Org Development.

    This includes the administration of our Learning Management System (LMS), the coordination and support of our instructor-led and virtual classroom trainings, and the analysis of data on learning effectiveness and efficiency, as part of departmental metrics and goals to specific courses and programs.

    This role will interface with HR and various department leaders to ensure training compliance and reporting for their organization.

    Support and Learning Management:
    Apply quality measures such as on-time invitations, timely material availability, etc.

    for any EDFR L&D content or training type, including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual classroom training sessions, video or e-Learnings, and other content that EDFR L&D team hosts.

    Assist with the marketing of learning programs through company-wide communication channels to provide information on benefits of the programs and encourage participation.


    Vendor Relationship:
    The scheduling, coordination, invitations, material coordination, and support of our instructor-led and virtual classroom trainings

    Work with team to coordinate internal trainings including scheduling, room and class coordination, invitations, material coordination and set up, course Evaluation and support of our instructor-led and virtual classroom trainings.

    Actively Monitor and answer emails through the Talent and OD team inbox.
    Prepare, launch, and track Learner assignments, coaching engagements, assessments and follow up as needed.

    Work with internal stakeholders such as HR Business Partners, HR Generalists, and leaders to ensure effective coordination and support for training initiatives.

    Seek cost and participation approval for employee training, coaching, and other programs from leaders across the business.

    Set up classrooms for internal classes including greeting the trainer, supporting them with material set up, in-house training equipment, food, etc.

    Updates training process documents as needed.
    Manage Master compliance training schedules for company with input from the various training departments.
    Create and track reports on outcomes of trainings and maintain training records.
    Gather and evaluate information from training participants to identify opportunities for improvement of trainings.
    Communicate any scheduled trainings changes and subsequent participation changes.
    Support coordination needs for company Engagement Surveys

    Systems Support:

    Human Capital Management (HCM) System:


    Work closely with both HRIS and the Talent and OD team and HR team to align efforts and to securely perform data migrations for coordination and administration to align efforts.

    Work closely with the HR and HRIS team members with LMS and HRIS modules and ensure user experience is optimal.

    LMS administration- adding in scheduled courses, attendance, and course changes in the LMS. Audit courses and work with course owners to determine updating needs.

    Audit HR Compliance courses and create reports on incompletions work with HRBP's, HR Generalists, and Leaders to follow up on completions.

    Administrative duties for other HCM module like Performance, Engagement, Succession

    Other Training and OD systems:
    Work with Talent and OD team on administration of other systems used for Talent Reviews, 360's, and Engagement Surveys

    Learning Analytics:
    Regularly analyze data on learning effectiveness and efficiency, identify strengths and areas of improvement, and share insights with stakeholders.

    Generate and maintain monthly/quarterly dashboard and reports related to the metrics and KPIs for onboarding, engagement, efficacy, and compliance as it pertains to learning and development.

    Ensure internal auditing of LMS is performed in effort to support and maintain data accuracy and integrity for Learning & Development metrics and KPIs for future reporting purposes.

    Work closely with the HR and HRIS team members to align efforts and to securely perform data migrations with LMS and HRIS modules and ensure user experience is optimal.


    Fiscal Responsibilities:
    Work with vendors, Procurement, and AR/AP to get PO's and pay invoices.

    Education/Experience:
    Associates or Bachelors Degree (preferably in Human Resources, Administration, Education) or equivalent experience and training.
    Must be able to speak, understand, read, and write English.
    1 year administration or training coordination experience or equivalent.

    Experience working in an LMS systems, including end-user training and day-to-day support of the system supporting, tracking, and reporting of learning content is preferred.

    Experience scheduling courses in classroom and virtual settings, a plus

    Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
    Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize, manage, and complete tasks on time.
    Technically-savvy; agility in learning new systems and software.
    Ability to use analytical skills.
    Knowledge of technology used in system integration, equipment used in video/audio technology, digital media, videoconferencing, etc.
    Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
    Proficient at using Microsoft 365 Suite including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, Macro's, Complex Formulas) preferred.
    Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
    Proficiency with SharePoint platform preffered.

    Physical Requirements:
    Able to perform audio/visual equipment set-ups and take-downs.

    Working Conditions:


    Approximately 95% of time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment.

    5% of time may be spent outside of the office attending meetings.
    This role is Hybrid based out of San Diego CA.
