Outpatient Practice within a Hospital-Employed Model


Schedule:
Monday – Friday


On-Call Expectations:
Shared Call Coverage as Determined by Practice


Start Date:
Negotiable; Credentialing Timeline Approximately 90–120 Days

Comprehensive Primary Care Including Preventative Medicine, Chronic Disease Management, and Acute Care Visits

EPIC – Fully Integrated HIMSS Stage VII System

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Provide Comprehensive Outpatient Primary Care Services
  • Deliver Preventative Care and Chronic Disease Management
  • Coordinate Care with Specialty and Multidisciplinary Teams
  • Utilize EPIC EMR for Accurate and Timely Documentation
  • Participate in Quality Improvement and Practice Growth Initiatives
