- Administer and maintain Windows Active Directory security. Develop policies such as backup procedures, security, and group policies.
- Supports users and teammates by offering technical expertise on network systems.

- Assist with technical documentation and user education as needed.
- Develop business relationships and integrate activities with other business departments to ensure the successful implementation and support of key business initiatives.
- Thorough understanding (hands-on experience) with Windows server OS, Windows 10 client OS, WSUS/SCCM, VMware ESXi vSphere, terminal server, NFS, and Azure Active Directory.
- Thorough understanding (hands-on experience) with SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, FTP, VPN, DHCP, DNS, SMTP, and Ethernet devices
- Understanding of Azure AD, Cloud Exchange, Mimecast, Fortinet products.
- Understanding of ITIL v3/v4 framework
- Working knowledge of Veeam backup software, Solarwinds, and Fortigate firewall desired.
- Working knowledge of HA, failover, deduplication (Dell PowerMax and Data Domain preferred) environments.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban).
