    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.

    Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

    Interview Question: What have you done in the last year to improve your behavioral technician skills?

    Location: Throughout Washington

    Job Duties:

    1. Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
    2. Provide direct one-on-one support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
    3. Collect data on behavior and progress towards goals.
    4. Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage skill development and behavior change.
    5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistency in intervention strategies.
    6. Maintain accurate documentation of interventions and progress.
    7. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
    8. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with clients and families.
