- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Provide direct one-on-one support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Collect data on behavior and progress towards goals.
- Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage skill development and behavior change.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistency in intervention strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of interventions and progress.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with clients and families.
