    JOB DESCRIPTION:


    As a member of the Technology Platform Services Team, the Senior Infrastructure Engineer role supports and ensures business success through a wide range of technology solutions.

    The Senior Infrastructure Engineer is primarily responsible for focusing on design, configuration, implementation and maintaining Information Technology System Management systems globally.

    Designing, maintaining, and updating global computer image and process. Managing Mac & mobile devices through enterprise MDM solutions. He or she will often serve as a project leader for related initiatives.
    Position location/hybrid/remote –

    This will be a hybrid role working out of our North Olmsted, OH office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

    RESPONSIBLIITIES:
    Design, develop, implement, and maintain sophisticated and complicated On-Prem/Cloud Information Technology System Management systems
    Research new technologies for potential fit, focusing on continuous improvement of Information Technology System Management

    Provide production support for the Information Technology System Management systems, including but not limited to system configuration and updates, image/enrollment configuration (PXE/Over-the-air), software scripting and packaging, software and security patch deployment utilizing Azure/Intune & SCCM along with related trouble ticket resolution.

    Participates on, and/or leads, major projects with accountability for an overall project or specific components of a project.
    Will supervise the work of other project team members and provide technicalmentorship/training as needed.
    Qualifications


    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
    Minimum of 6+ years of related experience with an emphasis on computer, server, mobile device configuration and management (Windows & Apple)

    Must have demonstrable prior device deployment experience with enterprise-class configuration solutions including:
    Microsoft Intune, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, PDQ, JAMF, AirWatch/Workspace One, Mosyle.
    Possess working & resolution knowledge of Microsoft, Apple and Android OS Technologies

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    Software Scripting experience to compliment system management capability (Command line/Batch, PowerShell, Unix)
    Experience developing system configuration strategy, policies, and standards is required
    Experience working in hybrid cloud environments (Azure/Intune) is required
    Readily picks up and applies new technologies, communicates effectively, and works effectively on project teams as a leader or as a participant
