    Duties & Responsibilities

    As a Senior Recruiter you will operate a full lifecycle 360 recruiting desk to include sourcing & screening candidates, liaising with clients and placing consultants into assignments.

    Working in a team environment, supporting and collaborating with other recruiters to fill consulting positions.

    Our recruiters are highly candidate focused, spending approximately 75% of their time sourcing, screening and developing long term relationships with highly place-able candidates.

    Client facing responsibilities include arranging and leading client video conference calls, consulting with clients on their hiring requirements, arranging consultant interviews, liaising with clients on contracts, answering client inquiries and working directly with line managers.

    Our business development activities are centered around utilizing various AI tools as well as web, social media and traditional direct mail.

    No cold calling

    Prioritize the day to day running of your recruiting desk (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in the office, Wednesday & Friday work remote).

    Monthly performance reviews to offer constructive feedback and set new targets.
    On the desk training and daily support from your manager and team.
    Individual and team monthly targets.


    After 12-18 months, Senior Recruiters may become eligible for promotion to Team Leader and participate in the Team Leader bonus scheme.

    Essential Skills
    College graduate.
    Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment agency staffing.
    Strong interpersonal and team playing skills.
    An eagerness to learn and develop your career.

    Package & Perks
    Base pay $65K + monthly team commission, first year OTE $110-120K.
    10 days PTO + 10 Holidays + Your Birthday

    On the desk full lifecycle recruiter training to include candidate generation, screening & management, niche market specialization, client development and account management.

    Training and support to develop your career from Senior Recruiter to Team Leader.


    Hours:
    Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm, Friday 9am-4pm.

    After a 4 week onsite training program, and subject to performance, work hybrid (our team work remote on Wednesdays and Fridays).
