We are hiring a Senior CNC Machinist to take ownership of day-to-day machining operations inside a fast-moving defense manufacturing startup.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on shop environment, enjoys solving real machining challenges, and takes pride in producing high-precision parts that directly support national defense applications.

You will be the go-to machinist responsible for programming, setup, operation, and optimization of CNC equipment supporting both prototype and early production hardware. This team is advancing proprietary composite manufacturing process that allows complex components to be produced faster than conventional methods.,
