    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.


    Responsibilities:



    • Perform general bookkeeping duties, including maintaining the general ledger, recording transactions, and reconciling accounts
    • Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
    • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
    • Conduct regular bank reconciliations
    • Assist with yearend audit preparations
    • Stay uptodate with relevant accounting regulations and best practices
      Requirements:
    • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
    • Proficiency in using QuickBooks
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Experience with financial report writing is preferred
