- Perform general bookkeeping duties, including maintaining the general ledger, recording transactions, and reconciling accounts
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations
- Assist with yearend audit preparations
- Stay uptodate with relevant accounting regulations and best practices
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Bookkeeper
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with financial report writing is preferred
