Job Summary:

Lone Peak Dental seeking a dedicated Dental Regional Operations Manager to oversee the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our company's multiple Pediatric Dental practices within Colorado.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Dental operations management, with at least 3 years in a similar role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and strategic thinking
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel within the assigned region

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency across multiple locations
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with senior management to set goals and objectives for the region
• Recruit, train, and supervise location managers to ensure consistent operational performance
• Oversee budgeting and financial management for the region
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Foster a positive work culture and promote teamwork among staff members
