    The Rehab Aide prepares residents and equipment for treatment and performs clerical duties for all disciplines in the skilled nursing setting. Assist with resident related tasks as assigned by the therapist. Tasks assigned are carried out under the immediate supervision of the therapist and/or assistant to whom the Aide is directly responsible. Must be pleasant, respectful, and courteous to residents, family members, visitors, and fellow employees at all times.


    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with residents, families, and staff. Good organizational skills for documentation and filing. Possess 'team' philosophy and desire to serve long term care residents. Capacity to grasp new ideas and principles and implement them into practice.
