- Set up and install technical systems, applications or process designs for clients'/company's outsourced technology and business process solutions
- Works directly with client to manage initial access
- Support data map and transfer data, including database set up of such things as products, menus, inventory, integrations, and configuration
- Create required process documents
- Train or coordinate training for client users
- Test and troubleshoot functionality of installed systems
- Identify and document technical issues to be escalated to other product and system integration teams for resolutions, where appropriate
- Provide feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements
- Work directly with clients on-site or provide installation support remotely. 50% travel estimated
- Restaurant operations
- Restaurant Information technology
- Restaurant installations (hardware and software)
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Relevant experience or degree in: Major in Business or Computer Science preferred, other majors considered. Willing to accept additional experience in lieu of degree - Minimum 4 years related experience
- Experience in POS system integration, implementations and conversions preferred
- Restaurant Experience (helpful) – Quick Service, Table Server, Bartender, Restaurant Management
