    Job DescriptionJob Title: Product Support Analyst Location: Charlotte, NC Job Description: Provides front line support in a conversion to ensure client functionality is properly selected to meet client's specifications and expectations resulting in a fully successful implementation.
    Job Responsibilities:
    • Set up and install technical systems, applications or process designs for clients'/company's outsourced technology and business process solutions
    • Works directly with client to manage initial access
    • Support data map and transfer data, including database set up of such things as products, menus, inventory, integrations, and configuration
    • Create required process documents
    • Train or coordinate training for client users
    • Test and troubleshoot functionality of installed systems
    • Identify and document technical issues to be escalated to other product and system integration teams for resolutions, where appropriate
    • Provide feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements
    • Work directly with clients on-site or provide installation support remotely. 50% travel estimated
    Restaurant experience required:
    • Restaurant operations
    • Restaurant Information technology
    • Restaurant installations (hardware and software)
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
      Relevant experience or degree in: Major in Business or Computer Science preferred, other majors considered. Willing to accept additional experience in lieu of degree
    • Minimum 4 years related experience
    • Experience in POS system integration, implementations and conversions preferred
    • Restaurant Experience (helpful) – Quick Service, Table Server, Bartender, Restaurant Management
