    Job Summary

    DTG2Go is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join the team in Miami, FL location.

    The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible to evaluate, repair and maintain all production equipment to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

    The Maintenance Supervisor will provide an efficient and safe working environment for employees by using best business practices to manage resources, services and processes to meet the needs of the company.

    Training will be provided onsite; however, equipment maintenance experience, electric or mechanical repair background and supervisor experience would be a plus

    Essential Job Functions


    • Keep all production equipment operating at peak performance levels
    • Completion and follow-up of daily ink inventory
    • Completion and follow-up of weekly ink inventory
    • Completion and tracking of inventory of parts of equipment and machinery
    • Attend to daily maintenance meetings
    • Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues as needed
    • Collaborate with maintenance staff to perform daily maintenance and scheduled preventative maintenance on all equipment
    • Assist production employees with issues and resolution
    • Maintains custom wash testing reports via the companies home grown system.
    • Work with HR and make recommendations for staffing decisions.
    • Monitor department's performance to identify potential production issues in order to proactively address challenges and find creative solutions that enable the team to meet goals.
    • Work with HR to maintain employee performance documentation and annual reviews.
    • Work with QA team to minimize rejects and report rejects to Management team.
    Job Requirements


    Competencies:
    (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)


    • Basic understanding of and interest in electrical and mechanical systems
    • Experience maintaining equipment with previous experience in the digital printing industry a plus
    • Ability to read and understand schematics and equipment diagrams preferred
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong analytical / critical thinking skills
    • Strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency and focus on accuracy

    Experience:

    • 1 year of related work experience
    • Equipment maintenance experience, electric or mechanical repair background
    • 1 year of leadership experience

    Education:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    Work Environment


    • The work environment includes cold and heat temperatures, and may experience excessive humidity.
    • Working indoor around machinery with moving parts and heavy equipment.
    • Work environment may include noise and require working proximity to others.
    • The job requires to work in-person.
    Physical Demands


    • Standing and walking continuously for up to eight hours per day.
    • Bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting and reaching heights on an intermittent basis for up to eight hours per day.
    • Grasping, pushing and pulling of materials on an intermittent basis for up to eight hours per day.
    • Reaching and working above and below the shoulder level on an intermittent basis for up to eight hours per day.
