    This Growth Marketing Manager position is remote, but if the candidate is close to the Carpinteria office we'd love to have a few Marketing Team Meet-Ups.

    We are hiring in any state, but the candidate will need to be available to work at there preferred time between 7 AM- 9 AM Monday- Friday Pacific time.

    We offer 10 days of vacation your first year, and each year you gain an additional day. Each year, you'll be earning more vacation time at a faster rate.
    Every associate gets 13 paid and closed holidays each year.

    What Will You Do?


    Reporting to the Digital Commerce Leader, the Growth Marketing Manager will play a key hands-on role in the newly established Digital Commerce Pod using innovative approaches to reach our target customers and drive conversion.


    Leveraging deep expertise in audience segmentation, paid search (SEM), paid social, display and other digital marketing techniques, the Growth Marketing Manager will work to maximize qualified paid traffic by guiding channel mix and optimizing the overall blended cost of acquisition (COA).

    The Growth Marketing Manager Will Collaborate With Internal And External Resources To Ensure High-quality, Consistent Campaign Delivery With a Focus On

    Marketing campaign planning and execution
    Campaign performance analysis and reporting
    Continuous optimization of channel mix and COA

    Essential Job Functions


    Guide Marketing Strategy - Leveraging a deep understanding of our target audience segments, develop execution-ready plans for delivering cohesive, impactful messaging to prospects and customers at the right time, in the right channel, throughout the customer journey and customer lifecycle in order to drive highly qualified traffic to our online shopping experience.

    Lead Multi-Channel Campaigns - Using a variety of MarTech tools and advertising platforms (in partnership with internal and external partners or agencies), oversee the day-to-day delivery of all marketing activities, including the development, design, and production of creative assets, as it relates to reaching, teaching, and influencing our target audience segments.

    Analyze and Report Performance - Through segmentation and campaign performance analysis, work to continuously optimize digital marketing performance by refining messaging architectures and channel mix using behavioral analytics and A/B performance testing.

    Then report this performance to internal/external stakeholders with a focus on next best actions.

    Manage Marketing Spend - Establish campaign performance benchmarks to manage budgets and forecasts against spend/effectiveness targets and develop supporting financial reports for delivery on regular intervals.

    Requirements

    Minimum three years marketing experience applying digital marketing methodologies.
    Minimum three years project management or project team experience.
    Ability to use data to optimize the customer journey
    Proven ability to partner with internal and external parties to accomplish objectives
    Strong digital marketing technique knowledge and comfort learning and using new technology platforms
    Strong understanding of the marketing funnel including cross-channel management and engagement touchpoints
    Familiarity with persona development, cohort definition and segmentation
    Proven ability to utilize Google Analytics, UTM's and other tracking tools for measuring campaign performance
    Proficiency with user testing, A/B testing and an understanding of statistically significant testing methodologies
