    Guests visit Alaska each summer seeking experiences to last a lifetime. You will oversee our daily transportation operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will work with our guests & employees to ensure safety & service excellence are carried out in every interaction.
  • Supervises a transportation services team and the transportation services activities.
  • Responsible for scheduling transportation services activities and operations.
  • Routinely applies knowledge of operations, Company product and customer services to assist staff with routine questions.
  • Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies, objectives and applicable government laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in the use of computer business applications.
  • A current valid driver's license, with a clean driving record, is required.
  • A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required.
  • A minimum age of 21 is required for CDL.
  • Must be certified as physically qualified through a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screen. You will become a part of our random drug test pool.
  • CDL certification may be obtained through the company training course.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Minimum age of 18 years required to reside in company housing, where available.
  • Participates in HAP's sustainability program, aka "Sustain Alaska & the Yukon", and efforts by actively recycling (where available), reducing waste, and educating guests about our commitment to the environment.
  • Participate in HAP's safety culture to ensure a safe workplace for all team members and a safe vacation experience for all guests.

  • Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work, maintain attention to time constraints, while working in a team or group environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals.
  • Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards.
  • Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for minimum of 8 hours per day.
