- Implements and presents integrated systems training.
- Prepare employees for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) initial examinations.
- Participate in the design and development of operator training
- Develop, administer written and oral examinations.
- Revise instructional materials to reflect changes in plant design, current plant practices, regulations, and/or operating philosophies.

Description
The scope of this project is to provide BWR plant operations training support in the conduct of licensed operator continuing (LOR) and initial license operator training (ILT) programs from December 2023 through June 2024. Duties may include but are not limited to the following:
The selected OPS Instructor(s) will be required to be on-site. Applicants without an attached resume will not be considered.
Both ILT and LOR work 4-10s. ILT is Monday through Thursday, LOR is Tuesday through Friday. Both areas are primarily day shifts, however there are periods where either group will be on nights for several weeks at time.
Requirements:
BWR SRO/SRO Certification
Experienced Operations Instructor (Classroom and Simulator Floor) Greater than 5 Years desired
Experience Operating Plant Reference Simulators
Experience writing NRC style Examinations ( Written, Simulator, JPMs) preferred
Ability to obtain Unescorted Access to a Commercial Nuclear Power Plant.
