- Providing support to students with academic tasks, including reading, writing, and math
- Assisting with behavior management and implementing behavior intervention plans
- Supporting students with special needs, including those with behavior caseloads
- Collaborating with classroom teachers and other school staff to ensure students' success
- Maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment for all students
- Valid California certifications for Paraprofessionals
- Previous experience working with behavior caseloads (preferred)
- Strong understanding of behavior management techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic educational environment
